Disappointed I feel like it's not working.

I bought this trimmer recently, barely 9 days ago and used it once without any issues. However, today, when I tried to power it on to trim my beard, the power light came on, but the trimmer itself is not functioning. This is frustrating, especially since it’s still new. I expected better durability and reliability.
