Its Ok
I dont hate this product but i am in between. I donno if its my exercise technique but have used other products before, it gives me muscle injuries and i have to stop for a few days and then continue. I hope the vendors get a better mat as the one that comes with it flattens out within a few days. But still is a nice buy
