Ish-ish

I bought this expecting it to be like the natural aloe plant. Only to realize it's more of a moisturizer than anything else. It doesn't even have "aloe barbadensis" in the ingredients. Which makes me wonder, how is this an aloe vera soothing gel without the essential ingredient??
