Not refurbished

Jumia you should teach your vendors what the word "refurbised" means. It is valid for new items what went back to the manufacturer and was repaired/replaced. But this monitor is heavy used, has scratches all over the foot. And the so important 10Gbps Usb C to Usb C cable is missing. It is part of the dell shipment and should be also inside a "refurbished" monitor. I had to clean the monitor first and buy and thunderbolt 3 cable (2400 KSH) and then all worked fine. It is a very good monitor. You can connect your internet and 3 USB 3 devices on this monitor and only 1 cable to your computer. He charge also my laptop. One of the best monitors i ever had. But not new and with missing parts.
