Love it that it has a low and high setting which is convenient depending on one's heat tolerance . Is lightweight and foldable for easy storage. I've now increased my deep conditioning routine to weekly as I only need about 20 mins under this baby. Would definitely recommend.

I received my delivery well packaged. I've used the steamer twice since I purchased for deep treatment. The cord is a bit short you have to connect it to an extension while using. It serves the purpose and I love it.
