poor quality

If a customer orders an item, you should make sure before it's out for delivery atleast you inspect the quality of the good. You just charge high price for the item but when it has reached to the customer no difference with the local one of the cheap price... I was really disappointed with the item quality and the price I paid it should be original thing ????????...I rested my case but no single day now I can order any item I rather go and purchase myself
