The frame arrived bent, making it impossible to install the top shelf, plus the paint is chipping. The unit had clearly been opened before- there were fingerprints on the shelves and the packaging was sloppily taped over. Even more frustrating is Jumia's return policy. Instead of offering a pickup, they expect customers to haul a bulky, damaged item to a drop off point. Not just inconvenient, it's exclusionary. This actively discriminates against people who are differently abled or lack access to transport. It's clear Jumia is trying to discourage returns by making the process as difficult as possible. Shame on this seller and Jumia.
