TV itself is great but missing parts

TV itself is nice but came without the screws for the stand. I was told I either had to return the TV and order a new one, or source the parts myself and get compensated for it. Not a very customer friendly policy. They should have the option to just source the parts themselves and deliver it to me as they work directly with the vendor.
