I have mixed feelings

The 4GMiFi does not operate if not connected to power even when the light indicates that the battery is charged. I'm not sure if this is by design or the battery is faulty.

Second hand product.

It was not mentioned that this product is already used. I had to reset the device to get it to work for me. It also did not ship with the manual. But it is serving me well.
