How come you can call the customer and say your transaction is incomplete when we fully paid through our credit card and received an email from jumia saying your payment is successfully made under the card number 4*******3 here is your invoice and my wife is asking me what happened shame on you just look at your screens if you got one I was planning also to shop with and send some gift items as surprise to family but I am afraid they'll will call the my gift receiver and say incomplete transaction ????
