The remote is of very poor quality, the buttons are hard and noisy. The provided mounting bracket screws don't fit in the holes at the back of the TV. We had to buy new screws. Otherwise, the TV is ok for the price. Works flawlessly for YouTube, Showmax and Netflix and the picture quality is great. If only they provided better quality remote controls...
