Product repair:
1. If there is a quality problem with the product (in the case of non-human damage), the buyer can accumulate a certain amount of defective products and then send them back for replacement in one go. The replaced products can also be sent back together with the ordered goods in the next order.
2. Send us the products that need to be repaired, please fill in correctly (specify the contact person's name, address, and the problem with the product), and we will return the products to you according to the contact address you provided.
3. We are not responsible for the round-trip shipping cost for product repair, and the customer needs to pay for it themselves.
Return and exchange issues:
1. Different products have corresponding warranty periods (usually 3 months to 1 year). During the warranty period, if there are quality problems or non-human damage, a new one can be replaced (depending on the degree of damage to the product's appearance). The warranty period is based on the validity period indicated on the warranty label attached to the product (note: during the warranty period, please keep the warranty label clear, complete, and undamaged).
2. If a customer needs to return or exchange unsold products (provided that the goods remain intact and show no signs of damage or wear), the customer should contact our staff within 15 days of receiving the goods to resolve the issue. If the product exceeds the specified time and there are no quality issues, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Human damage, packaging damage, non return or exchange, special circumstances can be negotiated.
4. The buyer has just received the product and found that there are problems (such as incorrect product model, missing parts, etc.... Please contact us within 24 hours after signing for it).
