How to use:

1. Wear the cuff on the upper arm

2. Straighten your back and sit on the seat

3. Place your ar--ms naturally on the table with your palm facing up

4. The sphygmomanometer should be kept at the same level as the heart

5. Keep your mood relaxed, don't talk or move, wait for the blood pressure result

 

Warm tips:

-You'd better measure your basic blood pressure (the blood pressure you don't want to urinate after getting up in the morning), if not, it is best to measure before exercise and eating

-Do not touch the istrument, wristband and trachea during measurement, keep quiet and relax

-Be quiet for at least 5 minutes before the measurement-Relax the body, ar-ms and fingers, no muscle activity-

Do not speak during measurement, keep quiet-If you need to measure continuously, take another 4-5 minutes to measure
