This is the period over which the protection is valid, starting from the date of delivery or collection of an item. After 90 days, the regular manufacturer warranty applies, if the product came with warranty.
The item will be collected within 48 hours.
Once your product is retrieved we will perform a quality check to verify the issue and within 72 hours a confirmation will be provided as to whether the item will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
If an item returned is in good condition or we were able to rectify the issue on the spot we will contact you and send the item back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. Please note: In such cases we will make two (2) attempts to return the product to you at no cost. However after two (2) failed attempts, we will cancel the return process and store the product at our warehouse for up to seven (7) days awaiting your collection. If you do not collect the product within these seven (7) days it will be deemed as forfeited and we will dispose of in accordance with the Kenyan law.
