HOW TO MEASURE
1. MEASURE YOUR FOOT
Measure your foot length by placing a ruler flat on the floor straight alongside the inside of your foot from your heel to your toes. To measure your feet stand on a level floor with the back of your heels against a straight edge or wall
Place an object with a flat edge straight across your toes with the edge touching the tip of your longest toe. Take the measurement (in millimeters) from the ruler where the flat edge crosses (see image below). This is your foot length measurement.
2. SELECTING A SHOE SIZE
If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, select the larger size. You may find one foot is longer than the other, this is quite normal, please use the larger size when making your shoe size selection.

You can return this product for a refund/replacement, within 7 days after receiving your original order ONLY if you have received the wrong product as in colour or size (did not receive the size you requested for) or the item has been damaged.
If you change your mind after placing the order, a return will be allowed if sent back with the rider during the time of delivery (return on the spot).

- product's original packaging is in good condition
Please NOTE that the products in your possession are your responsibility until they are picked up by our driver or you have dropped them off at a pickup Station. Any product that is not properly packed or is damaged will not be eligible for a return, so please take proper care of the products you might want to return!
What are the next steps?
Once you have submitted your return request, we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange retrieval. You will also have the choice to deliver yourself the product to one of our pickup Stations.
Once the product retrieved, we will proceed to examination.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will send it back to you without refund.
- If examination conclusive and conditions above respected, we will proceed to refund your money or replace the product.
