Step 1: Assess your current weight against medical standards (BMI: BODY MASS INDEX)

Step 3: This weight range is not accurate enough and you want to know your ideal weight
Example: You're a woman, you measure 165 cm, weigh 70 kg, you're 40 and you have a normal morphology.
Step 1: You are medically overweight
Step 2: Medically you should weigh between 50 and 65 kg
Step 3: Your ideal weight is 62.3 kg
