TK Automatic Meat Grinder, 220V, 250 Kg/h, For Butcher

The TK-22 meat grinder is driven through enclosed gears. The chopper has a powerful 800 Watt motor that effortlessly delivers 250 kg/h output. The full stainless steel meat chopping device meets the highest hygiene standard requirements. The machine is suitable for mincing meat in hotels, restaurants, kitchens and canteens.

The producer puts the minced food into a funnel, which is placed on top of the grinder. From there the material goes on a horizontal screw conveyor. This screw conveyor, which is powered by an electric motor, squashes and partially mixes the food. At the end of the screw conveyor there is a knife installed directly in front of the fixed hole plate. At this opening the minced meat comes from the machine. The fineness of the meat depends on the size of the holes in the plate.

By changing the plate hole it is also possible to produce breadcrumbs or fill sausage casing. After the lowering of the retainer, it is possible to change the plate hole. By removing the fixing screw the grinder can be disassembled completely for cleaning.
