PLEASE NOTE: After entering your order number and clicking on Track Order, please scroll down to see your order details.
You can only track your package once your order is shipped

- If you anticipate that you would not be available to receive your order, please provide the recipient with a valid copy of your ID or Passport along with a signed authorization letter or print out a copy of the order confirmation page.
- If your payment method is Cash On Delivery, please have the exact amount ready upon delivery.
- Large/heavy items may incur a shipping charge, which would have been calculated for you during checkout.

Tracking information may not yet be available for orders outside of Nairobi if our delivery partner has not updated their records yet. In such situations, if you want to have more details, please call our Customer agents at 0700 000 990, they'll be pleased to help you.
