Q: One Bluetooth headset does not work
A:1. Check whether the set mono output can be adjusted to dual ear canals. 2. Check if one of the headphones has lost its pairing after a dead battery. 3. Check whether the two headsets are connected to two devices. You can turn off the connection between the phone and the headset, and delete the Bluetooth headset from the Bluetooth list of the phone. Q: Bluetooth headset cannot be charged normally
