- JForce representatives through our monthly meetings.
- Dedicated phone line for JForce related inquiries through 0740023671.
- Customer service for any issue related to order delivery, order placement and refund via 0711011011.
General rules to ensure both parties are satisfied:
- As a community, we must use polite and respectable language towards each other.
- Share issues related to JForce only.
- Call only during working hours i.e 9 am to 6 pm.
- Refrain from sharing the JForce contact number to anyone outside the community (e.g. customers) as it’s restricted to JForce agents only.
- Be patient and understanding while we work on resolving your issues.
