Communication Channels

The official communication channels are:

  • Email: jforce@jumia.co.ke (expect reply within 72H).
  • JForce representatives through our monthly meetings.
  • Dedicated phone line for JForce related inquiries through 0740023671.
  • Customer service for any issue related to order delivery, order placement and refund via 0711011011.

General rules to ensure both parties are satisfied:

  1. As a community, we must use polite and respectable language towards each other. 
  2. Share issues related to JForce only.
  3. Call only during working hours i.e 9 am to 6 pm.
  4. Refrain from sharing the JForce contact number to anyone outside the community (e.g. customers) as it’s restricted to JForce agents only.
  5. Be patient and understanding while we work on resolving your issues.
