Acnesol cream contains tretinoin which is the active ingredient. Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A that helps the skin renew itself. This medication used to treat acne, pimples and sun-damaged skin. It can help improve the appearance of surface wrinkles, fine lines, darks spots, to smooth rough facial skin, and for skin discoloration. Also advisable to use for photodamaged skin. HOW TO USE Apply gently on affected area 1-2 times a day. Always use a sunscreen when going out while on this treatment as it can make your skin more sensitive.
PS: This cream can cause skin peeling. If this occurs always use a sunscreen when out in the sun.
