1. Mixed in Carrier Oil

• Motion Sickness: Mix with carrier oil and massage on stomach and chest area for relief
• Itch: mix in carrier oil and apply on affected area
• Fever: Massage on soles of feet
• Headache: massage on forehead and nape of neck
