Baron d ‘Arignac” Brut Blanc de Blancs is a dry sparkling wine from the Chardonnay variety, created in a classic way using the “Sharma” method. Fermentation of grapes is carried out at these temperatures, secondary fermentation is carried out in closed tanks at a controlled temperature, then the wine is aged on the precipitate.
