wrong size

Deliver the requested size, I had requested for size 7 yet you delivered size 1, then complicated the return process using your hired courrier services. Consider me as one customer gone forever. I even have a feeling that your intention is to clear dead stock for your partner's. A friend also got a broken electric kettle. The return process is complicated and those hired hands are only after the money they get for delivery. Anyway, my money was lot but I will never let anyone enter your con trap again while I can dissuade them.
