The MC-G02 Maintenance Cartridge is a replaceable ink management component designed for select Canon MegaTank / PIXMA G-series inkjet printers. It’s not a print cartridge with ink — instead, it’s a waste ink collection cartridge that absorbs and holds excess ink generated during normal printer operations such as printhead cleaning cycles and overspray.
