late delivery, rude pickup attendant
First the product was delivered late. Finding the pickup station (Dhalks) was a real problem because the location provided and the physical location differ. The attendant was rude, pointing out to her that their location was off and they should take responsibility and update it resulted in rude remarks from her. The product is fine, the service and inconvenience is a bother.
