I hate it

First thing, the seller display product image that is 100% different from what is delivered (I have not seen the ear tips which appears earlier before purchase). Secondly, The pods functionality is a bit poor in that during the test, the right pod responds to the left channel sound. Thirdly, the seller should remove that advertisement photo that doesn't match with the delivered products. It's important to win the customer's trust. Thank you.
