Faulty, not picking network
The phone was well packaged and looked good on the outside. However, despite getting a new sim card, it comes on but fails to connect to the network. I tried the new sim card in a different cell phone and it's working okay. But on the bontel phone. Not connecting. I am proceeding to apply for a return and hope to get a replacement asap.
