Do not buy Starlink from Jumia
I bought a Starlink from Jumia but I can't setup the account because it is already registered to someone else and will not accept my registration. Jumia did not take it back and Starlink can't help. You are better off buying directly from Starlink. Run as fast as you can.

Unable to activate
Will have to request a return on this. The device connected well but gives you afew hrs before they disconnect you since you have to activate it. Have tried several times to activate before they disconnected but i get an error message saying payment issues. Am paying via mobile money. Have also tried credit card still gives same error. Am in machakos county, don't understand why and am using the starlink official website to activate. Anyone to help?, really would like to keep it
