The product is of good quality and original as well. Can't complain about that. However, this is an issue with Microsoft sticking with twin joysticks on the left side as opposed to having directional buttons (4 of them) like the PS pad. I am new to the world of Xbox and PC gaming and this layout is really challenging, at times confusing. I love its integration to the PC so much. This is unlike any pad I have used on the PC before. I highly recommend buying this if you are an Xbox gaming pad pro. For the rest of us that are used to the PS so much, you can buy this to learn the pad's useability.
