the worst experience i've ever had from jumia, they refused a return of this phone simply because its the one I ordered, I needed to replace this with a phone that uses a simcard and they refused to swap. If you want to buy this phone contact me wngrmthn@gmail.com i have it not opened. just the way I ordered
