Came with one loose ear cushion - NO ANC!

No ANC. Deceiving marketing. Arrived with one ear cushion loose in the box. I managed to put it back on. I've changed many headphone ear cups in the past. Quality matches the price. Sound is quite good. But there is NO Active Noise Cancelling (ANC). I don't like it when ANC is advertised. But not actually present. Not the best experience with my first set of Celebrat Headphones.
