i dont like it

It's not what I ordered on the website...even the picture on the website doesn't match the description of the item now. When I was ordering the item on the website, the image matched the description but after receiving the item, the correct image of the item was removed and uploaded the image of the product they supplied .Anyone would just be disappointed.As a customer, we have reasons why we chose certain products over others even if the brand is the same, so if the ordered item is not in stock, packing an alternate product without customers consent is so annoying.
