Not genuine product.

I've used a similar enerbras 4T shower head that lasted for 4 years. This new one had low water pressure issues. Restrictor that comes in the package was removed so it wasn't to blame. No heating except on the high setting. To try and solve the problem I chose to reuse the old shower head only transferring the heating element. Again run into problems; it didn't have the no1,2&3 on the three pins that guide you on installation and the element is significantly different from the replacement elements sold. I bought the cheapest available, now I'm paying the price
