I got my instant shower head in perfect condition. The heater has 4 control levels. LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH and OFF. The electrical energy consumption is lowest at LOW level and highest at HIGH level. I am currently using it on LOW level, and I am so impressed with the performance. The water is warm enough at that level ,just ensure you control the water flow enough. With the current energy prices, I am glad that I can save on energy using this heater. One suggestion I have to sellers, please indicate such important information on power rating of electrical devices. Helps people to make better decisions.
