Euroken cooker

The hot plat rarely boils water. I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL. First, you supplied the wrong colour from the one that I chose. Next, the cooker is not working well especially the plug and the Hot plate which is purely useless, cannot even cook tea! The HOT PLATE IS PURELY USELESS!
