I didn't like the 5 days collection period.

This product was delivered to Cossims on Thursday 17th, a day before Good Friday. The five days pick up period commenced from that day till 21st-Easter Monday. Meaning I had only a day for picking up as the station remained closed from Friday-Monday. Despite my request for extension as I was away for three days after Easter, the purchase was cancelled and refund initiated. You need to review your pick up days in instances where a public holiday happens to occur and adjust the days. Anyway, I shall placed another order for the product.
