Does the job but not great

Satisfied with the product, but not delighted with it. These do the job and are incredibly soft and comfortable at the start, but they lose volume and become quite flat over time (as in, over a few months). Not sure I'd buy them for long-term use, but they're okay to be used once in a while rather than regularly.
