Shocked and disappointed with jumia

I should have seen the big red flag when my order first disappeared at the collection point. Then the jumia staff who gave my items away to someone else says he'll place a new order to replace the items. When I finally get them they are wrong size. I immediately wrap the duvets back nicely (very clean at this point) and return them. I request for a refund and this is when the circus begins. No wonder people laughed when I said I was ordering from jumia. Now I'll laugh along with them. Am done
