The eyes say aye.

I have several pairs of glasses in my house. Because I have been purchasing and trying out different glasses since I lost my initial ones which had served me so well until I lost them in a taxi earlier this year. Subsequent acquisitions have not reached the heights the original ones had set, what with constant eye pain or strainous vision while wearing them. But these ones, they did the trick and I look after them like I would an egg, to ensure I don't lose them and suffer the agony of having to go through the process all over again.
