I ordered three items together and you delivered them separately for me to pay for different delivery prices. The cost of the items was over 3k ksh and you didn't deliver it for free, yet you delivered them separately for extra cost in delivery. This is the last order I have made from Jumia. I'm never gonna order anything from you again. Kilimall gives high customer service at lower price products and you don't.
