defective and misleading info

am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the recent package I received from your store. The items delivered do not meet the quality and functionality as advertised. 1. The watch is defective — the hour and minute hands are misaligned and not functioning correctly. 2. One of the charging ports for the wireless earbuds is also not working, rendering one side unusable. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. The information presented on your digital platform was misleading and, in my view, constitutes a dark pattern—intentionally deceptive design that misrepresents product functionality. Given the situation, I am compelled to escalate this matter to the Competition Authority of Kenya for further investigation into these practices.
