I have mixed feelings

You have on many occasions failed to deliver items, especially clothing, not as they really appear in the adverts. I have been forced to return items following this. For instance, I ordered for a light grey shirt; you delivered a mid grey one; I ordered a purple 100% cotton shirt, you delivered 100% polyester shirt. The most disappointing one is this; I recently ordered for an official suit Ref. Order No. 331848816, a single button, only to receive something totally different. A Bil San brand that cost around Ksh. 2200/- on my local shopping centre. This was an insult to me. You should call me to apologize. I am an executive officer in a reputable organization and when I go shopping online, I mean serious business.
