I have mixed feelings

It didn't have the 'Flawless' brand on it, and nowhere (not even on the manual) did the name appear. Also, it was white and I expected rose gold like what I had before, and the color indicated on the product description. And it does not light up at the head when switched on, as its supposed to. I am underwhelmed, to be honest, and I keep wondering if its indeed the original 'Flawless' trimmer or a copy especially since I paid for the original. Thankfully, its working okay, so far.
