I've bought several V9s (two for me and the rest for friends and family) and this is the first time that I've chanced on one that gives statuses in Chinese! I don't speak Chinese but, since I've used two English language prompting ones, I just guess "Chingchongchung" to mean "connected" and I move on. I'm yet to establish how long the battery lasts, but I strongly suspect that I'll be disappointed; the three-hour playback time seems to be about an hour or so to me. But, I bought it cheap, so I mustn't complain.
