I had bought this unit about 2 weeks earlier and liked it but when I reordered it, I received an incomplete phone holder with only the section that hold the mirror. The arm and section for the phone is missing. Yet it says it is non-returnable. I need a complete unit.

dislodges weak rear view mirrors.
It's so heavy and poorly made, plus the phones weight, it's a disaster to the rear view mirrors... Keeps tilting it whenever you hit a speed bump or rough roads. Air vent mounted ones are the best.
