I was so diappointed

For such a cheap 16TB external drive, this was expected. A 32 GB flash drive is able to store data safely. This contraption can't even save a small picture file, let alone a video. I even tried different file systems but they never worked. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I rarely get disappointed by my jumia purchases. This was one of the reasons why I never bothered to return it.

Needs Repairing Often

The SSD itself is fast and has a lot of storage, I was using it as a network attached storage but everytime the power went the drive would get corrupted prompting me to attach it to my PC repair it and reattach it to the server which after a couple of time of doing it got very annoying. I have never experienced the same with other hard drives so not sure if the problem is the SSD technology or the controller that this particular brand is using. I would maybe recommend it as backup SSD where you can eject it safely but not in a place where the PC may lose power randomly, which is unfortunately the reality in Kenya.
