Stopped working after 3-6 days of usage

The cable was working consistently until suddenly it stopped and never worked again. I would advise the seller to reach out for a replacement because Jumia is not supportive after hanging up my phone call on the day of return and not calling back after which they were unavailable from 2 pm onwards...
