I had dish already installed but product comes with incomprehensible menu language as default. Had to play around with remote to find English setting. Works perfectly once you learn how to operate it. Have only two issues: 1.Remote control isn't as responsive as I like 2.Dealing with hundreds of channels but once you select Favourite Channels, I haven't figured out how to go back to normal list which is annoying because I have to perform factory reset and rescan
