You delivered counterfeit products

The sound quality does not match that of genuine Samsung earbuds — there is no noise cancellation, and they feel unnaturally light. Additionally, the original Samsung earbuds display a green light when fully charged and red when the battery is low; this product shows a blue light instead. It is clear this is not an authentic item, and I am extremely dissatisfied.
